The participants of the exhibition are the children from 5 to 17 years old, studying in the kindergartens, lyceums, general education and art schools, palaces, houses and centres of art of St. Petersburg, the Leningrad Region, Vologda Region and Murmansk Region, Magnitogorsk, Tver, North Osetya-Alanya Republic. There are presented children works that are made of different materials and with appliance of various techniques (water-colors, gouache, needlework, beads fancy-work, ceramics and others), depicting different episodes of life of the Blockade Leningrad, such as concealment of buildings, saving of masterpieces of the Russian Museum, Hermitage, Pavlovsk, Gatchina, the celebration of the Great Victory.
