Today the Russian Museum reconstructs Pavilions (Guardhouses) of St Michael's (Engineers) Castle within the frameworks of the St Petersburg Economic Development project with the capital formation of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The scenery conception of the Western Pavilion (Guardhouse) exhibition complex and multi-media film-project presentation were developed within the frameworks of the Western Pavilion (Guardhouse) of St Michael's (Engineers) Castle: Scenery Conception - Multi-Media Realization project of the Russian Museum with the support of Vladimir Potanin Charity Foundation.
The project of technical equipment of the Museum Multi-Media Center, including schemes of location of computer, projecting and acoustic equipment and its specifications was worked out in collaboration with experts for modern projecting technologies.
To open the Museum Multi-Media Center the Russian Museum will develop and realize multi-media exhibitions art project; acquire computer and exhibition equipment for the Center; create multi-media interactive and demonstrative programmes, develop and realize PR company for popularization of the new cultural center in St Petersburg.
