The Russian Museum

On the present stage of information technological processes development the most important part in information distributing belongs to TV and TV technologies. TV is the most accessible and cheapest way to obtain required audio and visual information.

For many years on the State Russian TV as a practice were created TV films and programs dedicated to culture and art. Unfortunately quantity of these films and programs in national channels' broadcasting tends to be reduced. State TV channels for financial and organizational reasons have no possibility to produce films and programs on culture and art. Nevertheless realizing significance and necessity to enlighten people many state TV channels are ready to give space for culturelogical films and programs demonstration.

In present situation the State Russian Museum in order to popularize and promote Russian fine art by non-traditional for the museum means has worked out the program on creating its own video studio for producing document and art films and programs of Russian fine art. As it has the base structure for producing films and programs the Russian Museum will be able to organize on one or several channels its own regular cycled program dedicated to Russian fine art history that will reflect variety of the museum present life.

The studio as independent subdivision of the Russian Museum should be recruited the necessary number of creative and technical workers and fitted out with equipment for conducting technologically complete cycle of works on producing video films and TV programs.

Technological process of creating video film includes the following processes: script writing, material shooting, material montage, sound accompaniment and film production.

For studio functioning we need to create the staff that will include TV programs director, video operator, video engineer, video editor, sound director and shooting group manager.

For providing technical process of video production creating we need to supply creative team with appropriate equipment.
