Mikhailovsky Palace

Currently, the palace is partially outfitted with ramps. The lift to the second floor is currently out of service. The exhibition on the first floor is accessible.

The basement of the main building has a specially-equipped restroom and café.

Benois Wing

Outfitted with ramps; the lift to the second floor is temporarily out of service.

The exhibition on the first floor is accessible. There is a café. If you need assistance, you can ask an administrator or the guards in the exhibition halls. Internal telephone number: 1835

St. Michael's Castle

Equipped with an elevator. The exhibitions on the first and second floors are accessible.

In the Ceremonial Courtyard (Entrance No. 1) there is a lift with a button to call an administrator. The lift can be used only with assistance from a museum employee.

Stroganov Palace

Equipped with an elevator. We invite guests to visit the exhibitions on the first and second floors. On the second floor, there is a restroom for visitors with disabilities.

Marble Palace

Due to restoration work, the elevator is temporarily out of service.
