The retrospective exhibition in the framework of the Year of Spain in Russia and Russia in Spain presents the art works by the one of the greatest modern Spanish artists Rafa Foteza. The exposition includes the most significant works created by the artist in the last three decades. The re-comprehension of the expressive means of the leading innovatory trends in art of the second half of the 20th century (Pop-art, Abstract expressionism, Art Brut and the others) gave the artist an opportunity to create his own style. In his picturesque and sculpture objects such as created in the techno-kitch style "false collages" Fortesa reflects the actual problems of the aggressive influence of the newest technologies on the life of a modern man.
