The first one-man exhibition of Michael Natarevich in the Russian Museum timed to the artist's centenary acquaints viewers with the creative oeuvre of one of the leading representatives of after-war art school in Leningrad. The exhibition presents the artworks of the 1960s and 1970s, the most interesting and fruitful period of his oeuvre. Alongside the best paintings from the fund of the artist's family the exhibition introduces three artworks from the fund of the museum. The exhibition draws the most typical for Natarevich circle of themes. The most part of his artworks are dedicated to everyday life of the peasantry. The exhibition is held within the framework of the National Art of the 1960s and 1980s large project.
