The ceremony of returning by the Russian Federal Surveillance Service in Sphere of Mass Communications and Cultural Heritage Protection to the State Russian Museum, the State Museum of the History of Religion, Alexander Suvorov State Memorial Museum, the Military-Historical Museum of Artillery, Engineer and Signal Troops of the cultural values either stolen from the museums or not recovered in time from temporary storage. Within the framework of the ceremony the couple of Lebedev's handed over to the Russian Museum the donation - painting by Alexander Molinari "Portrait of A. D. Olsufiev" (between 1813 and 1816).

The following persons participated in the ceremony: Boris Boyarskov, Head of the Russian Federal Surveillance Service in Sphere of Mass Communications and Cultural Heritage Protection; Viktor Petrakov, Head of the Reservation of Cultural Values Directorate; Vitaly Kalinin, Head of Directorate of the Russian Federal Surveillance Service in Sphere of Mass Communications and Cultural Heritage Protection in Saint Petersburg and Leningrad region; Valentina Matvienko, Governor of Saint Petersburg; Sergey Tarasov, Vice-governor of Saint Petersburg; Nikolai Burov, Chairman of Committee for Culture; the donor A. Lebedev; Ivan Karlov, Chief Curator of the Russian Museum, and the directors of the museums receiving museum values - Boris Arakcheev, Alexander Kuzmin, Valery Krylov and journalists.
